All ads are subject to corrections or modification at the discretion of the webmaster and staff of CASHFROMHOME. All ads are Moderated. We will attempt to have your Ad Posted within 7 days, however, there are circumstances where it may take more than 7 days, in this case you will not be penalized. Your credit card will be billed immediately upon receipt of your order however, you will not lose time on the site due to the staff of CASHFROMHOME not getting your ad on the website within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse any ad for any reason, including but not limited to ,content or misuse, adult-related ads, ads that promote illegal activities, ads that link to defunct sites or sites that contain questionable or objectionable material, or any other reason that the staff of CASHFROMHOME deems fit. We are the final judge on all such matters and shall not reverse our opinion unless you the advertiser can prove that we should do so, or if the material on the website you are promoting has been corrected to reflect all changes that staff of CASHFROMHOME deems necessary. All credit card orders will be shown as billed by CASHFROMHOME. Special ASCII symbols, such as the trademark (tm), copyright (c), registered (r), round bullets, and foreign language characters (such as diacritics), cannot be used in your ads for any reason. CASHFROMHOME reserves the right to change our fees or billing methods at any time. We will provide notice on the site of these changes and they will only occur for future orders, no current orders will be affected by billing changes. CASHFROMHOME is a classified ad space provider. We do not have responsibility for anything advertised on the site, we can not be held responsible for the content, promises, products, or lack of included by any of our advertisers.. CASHFROMHOME, nor it's owners, have any legal responsibility towards that programs, products, websites, content of the websites promoted, promises, or services that are advertised. We reserve the right to change any and all items and prices on http://www.cashfromhome.com and all subsequent pages. Notice will be given on the site for all changes as soon as it comes available. CASHFROMHOME reserves the right to make changes in categories, graphic design, page layout, services, and all other matters pertaining to the website cashfromhome.com's layout, appearance and functionality at any time and without permission, or consequence from it's advertisers. CASHFROMHOME reserves the right to bill the designated credit card for the amount indicated on the order form and the point of sale even if a mistake has been made by the advertisers. CASHFROMHOME will correct all errors both billing and advertising, brought to our attention within a 72 hour period, providing all information that the staff of CASHFROMHOME asks for is provided in a timely fashion. CASHFROMHOME can not be held liable for server outages or website downtime that will occur on occasion from events including but not limited to, backups, power outages, hardware or software problems, hacking, cracking, or any other illegal activity. In the event that CASHFROMHOME's website is down for a period of 3 days or more, all advertisers will be credited with extra advertising time but will not receive a refund or any cash equivalent for server downtime for any reason. CASHFROMHOME reserves the right to contact past advertisers by email at given intervals to inform past advertisers of new services or products introduced by CASHFROMHOME. CASHFROMHOME can not guarantee results as we are can not control the actions or desires of the viewers of this website , and no guarantee is either stated or implied.

Newsletter Terms

Cashfromhome.com reserves the right to email it's subscribers advertisements paid for by clients of Cashfromhome.com not more than 31 times per calender month. Cashfromhome is not liable for errors in advertisements posted in Cashfromhome.com's Newsletter unless Cashfromhome is the cause of the error. In the event that Cashfromhome publishes an article or any body of writing by an author not employed by Cashfromhome, Cashfromhome will attempt to give proper credit to the author of the writer of the body of writing. In the event that Cashfromhome can not identify the author of a body of writing Cashfromhome will give no author credit. In the event that Cashfromhoem publishes an article that is copyrighted Cashfromhome will not be liable in the event that the article published was either submitted to us under false pretenses or if the body of writing was copied from a website that does not expressly state that the body of writing is not for reproduction.

Solo Mailing Addendum

The administration of the opt-in list reserves the right to send additional solo mailings in a 24 hour period, when we feel it is beneficial to our subscribers. We want our subscribers to be the very first to hear about new opportunities, and sometimes that means, adding in an extra mailing every now and then.
